OneTime 개인정보처리방침

OneTime(서비스 제공자: Just Step One)은 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 정보를 처리합니다.

1. 처리하는 정보

• 계정 정보: 익명 또는 로그인 식별자와 사용자가 선택적으로 제공한 이메일, 이름 및 프로필 정보
• 앱 사용 정보: 사용자가 작성한 활동 기록, 루틴, 설정과 앱 이용·기기·진단 정보
• 선택 기능 정보: 백업 데이터, AI 기능에 입력한 질문과 기능 제공에 필요한 기록 요약, 설문 및 문의 내용
• 거래·광고 정보: 구매·구독 상태, 광고 식별자와 광고 상호작용 정보

활동 기록은 기본적으로 기기에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 온라인 기능을 이용하면 해당 기능에 필요한 정보가 서버 또는 외부 서비스 제공자에게 전송될 수 있습니다.

2. 이용 목적

앱 기능 제공, 계정·동기화·백업, 선택적 AI 기능, 구매 확인, 광고 제공, 이용 분석과 개선, 보안·부정 사용 방지 및 고객 지원에 사용합니다.

3. 외부 처리

서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 클라우드, 로그인, 분석, 광고, 결제 및 AI 처리 서비스 제공자가 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 처리 위치는 제공자의 운영 지역에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. OneTime은 개인정보를 금전의 대가로 직접 판매하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 및 삭제

기기 내 데이터는 앱의 삭제 기능이나 운영체제 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정 및 온라인 데이터는 앱의 계정 삭제 기능 또는 문의를 통해 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 통상 30일 이내 처리됩니다. 법률, 거래 확인, 보안 및 분쟁 처리에 필요한 최소 정보와 계정에서 분리된 집계 정보는 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.

5. 보안과 선택

전송되는 정보는 암호화된 연결을 사용합니다. 로그인, 백업, AI 등 선택 기능은 사용자가 이용 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다. 민감한 정보는 활동명이나 AI 입력에 작성하지 않는 것을 권장합니다.

OneTime, provided by Just Step One, processes information only as needed to provide the service.

1. Information processed

• Account information: anonymous or sign-in identifiers and optional email, name, and profile information
• App usage information: activity records, routines, settings, and app usage, device, and diagnostic information
• Optional feature information: backup data, AI questions and record summaries needed for the requested feature, surveys, and support messages
• Transaction and advertising information: purchase or subscription status, advertising identifiers, and ad interactions

Activity records are stored on the device by default. When an online feature is used, information needed for that feature may be sent to our servers or external service providers.

2. Purposes

Information is used to provide app features, accounts, sync and backup, optional AI features, purchase verification, advertising, analytics and improvement, security, fraud prevention, and support.

3. External processing

Cloud, sign-in, analytics, advertising, payment, and AI processing providers may process information only as needed to provide their services. Processing locations may vary. OneTime does not directly sell personal information for money.

4. Retention and deletion

Device data can be removed through the app or operating system settings. Account and online data can be deleted through the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting us and is normally processed within 30 days. Minimum records needed for legal, transaction, security, or dispute purposes and aggregated information not linked to an account may be retained as necessary.

5. Security and choices

Information in transit uses encrypted connections. Sign-in, backup, and AI features are optional. Avoid entering sensitive information in activity names or AI inputs.
