계정 삭제
OneTime > 설정 > 계정 > 계정 관리 > 계정 삭제
앱에 접근할 수 없다면 이메일 제목을 OneTime 계정 삭제 요청으로 보내주세요. 계정 소유권 확인 후 통상 30일 이내 처리합니다. 비밀번호나 로그인 코드는 보내지 마세요.
계정은 유지하고 데이터만 삭제
OneTime > 설정 > 앱 데이터 삭제
기기의 활동 기록, 프로필, 앱 설정과 관련 온라인 데이터를 삭제합니다. 계정과 구매 내역은 유지되며, 다른 기기의 기록은 해당 기기에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다.
삭제 및 보관 범위
계정 삭제 시 계정 프로필, 온라인 활동 데이터, 클라우드 백업과 계정에 연결된 기능 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 계정과 분리된 집계 정보, 스토어 거래 기록과 법률·보안·분쟁 처리에 필요한 최소 기록은 남을 수 있습니다. 일부 가명 처리 운영 기록은 최대 180일, 법률상 의무 기록은 해당 법정 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동 취소하지 않습니다. 구독은 각 스토어에서 별도로 취소해야 합니다.

Delete your account
OneTime > Settings > Account > Manage account > Delete account
If you cannot access the app, email us with the subject OneTime account deletion request. After ownership verification, requests are normally completed within 30 days. Never send a password or sign-in code.
Delete data without deleting the account
OneTime > Settings > Delete App Data
This removes activity records, profile information, app settings, and related online data. The account and purchase history remain. Records stored only on another device must be deleted on that device.
Deletion and retention
Account deletion removes the account profile, online activity data, cloud backups, and feature data linked to the account. Aggregated information not linked to the account, store transaction records, and minimum records needed for legal, security, or dispute purposes may remain. Some pseudonymous operational records may be retained for up to 180 days, while legally required records may be retained for the applicable statutory period.
Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through the relevant store.
